Matt Rapke Consulting provides professional urban planning services and assists clients with navigating the land use planning approval process for Minor Variances, Zoning By-law Amendments, Official Plan Amendments, Severances, Plans of Subdivision, Plans of Condominium, Niagara Escarpment Development Permits, and Conservation Authority Permits.
Throughout these application processes we provide guidance to our clients, consult with municipal planning staff on behalf of clients, procure services from specialized consultants (e.g. archaeologists, engineers), author planning reports, prepare maps, and present development proposals on behalf of our clients at public meetings.
We provide urban planning and land use consulting services primarily within the Grey and Bruce Counties. If you are a land owner or developer who requires assistance with a planning application in Grey County or Bruce County, give us a call or send us an email to inquire about our services.
